Undergroundhero Birds Of Avalon are a strange & confusing, but yet familiar anomaly in indie rock. When listening, you swear that you heard this music before from another era. Birds Of Avalon's first album, "Bazaar Bazaar", is begging for personal identity, but is achieved best when playing neutral without being forcefully weird.

If you are going to check out Birds Of Avalon, then "Bazaar Bazaar" is where to begin. Their other two LP's are more experimental, but aren't the place to start.

about

A cacophony of unique psychedelic meets progressive sounds that yield feelings that transcend the conventions of both, Bazaar Bazaar easily traverses an area between raw blues rock and atmospheric pysch-pop.
